Okay, so your donation was a success, now we need to get you setup to receive your donation reward drop. In order to do that, you need to get a little information before opening your ticket. Please make sure to get your PayPal transaction ID so you can open your ticket properly and not have to wait for a transaction confirmation, a screenshot of your receipt will be sufficient.
Next, depending on which drop you purchased, if it included dinos you should start to put a list together of the dinos you want spawned and what colors you want them. If you are unfamiliar with the regions for colors, you can use this website to see available color regions for specific dinos and this website for available color code numbers. If you do not know exactly what you want yet, that is okay you can open your ticket and discuss the dinos with the admin that handles your ticket.
An ideal list of dinos with colors should look like this:
1 Griffin - Color: (0) 22 (4) 8 (5) 201
Where the number in parenthesis is the region you want colored, and the number after it is the color code.
If a Personal Obelisk is in the specific reward you chose, make sure to provide the GPS coordinates of your base that you would like it installed at and make sure to have atleast an 11x11 area that we can build it on at your base.
If you follow this guideline, it will take a significantly less time to complete your ticket. Please make sure to check your junk folder in your email for any responses or for the activation email for as our email server gets marked as junk a lot.
Please note: During minimal ticket load, expect 1-4 business days for completion.
During high ticket load, it could take up to 12 business days depending on admin availability.
